INTERVIEW WITH DR. MANUELA UDREA ABOUT THREE-DIMENSIONAL IMMUNE COMPETENCE

The immune system is the "defense shield" of the body. It consists of specific devices and systems: lymphatic system with lymph nodes, thymus, spleen, white cell line consisting of: neutrophils, lymphocytes (lymphocytes are considered "natural killers"), basophils (mast cells), monocytes (macrophages), eosinophils, dendritic cells, along with cell plasma with antibodies / immunoglobulins, but also microbiota.

The immune system is the first defense gate of our body, and through physical and anatomical barriers - mucous membranes, saliva, gastric juice, intestinal enzymes, serum proteins we manage to deal with external aggression consisting of pathogens such as viruses, bacteria, parasites, toxins.

The lymphatic system is involved in the transport and absorption of fatty acids in the digestive system, transports white blood cells between the lymph nodes and bones and stimulates the immune response through its action on dendritic cells.

The spleen acts as a blood filter, helping to eliminate the constantly replacing red blood cells. T cells grow inside thymus, having a major role in the secretion of interleukin-12, interleukin-2 and interferon, called cytokines as a whole, as well as in stimulating the development of B cells that produce antibodies. These cytokines are activated when the body detects the presence of an infection - the cells have a T cell receptor that triggers the "alarm signal".

Indigenous, native microbiota, normal or natural flora consists of native microorganisms that have an active role with a beneficial effect on the host organism. It has a role in maintaining normal functions with a nutritional role, stimulating the development of immune competence.

Before making any decision regarding our health, it is mandatory to resort to a specialized consultation, laboratory examinations: blood and urine.

In the three-dimensional stage of increasing the immune competence we follow 3 phases:

1. Cellular detoxification – a process performed to the connective tissue and parenchymal organs level, essential when we have atopic / allergic status, marked fatigue, insomnia; we can take into account the presence of an excess of heavy metals (mercury, lead, arsenic) xenobiotics, flats, glyphosates - pesticides, herbicides, electromagnetic stress, excess protein in the intercellular spaces.

Most of the time, when we have patients with a similar profile in the clinic, we recommend first-line therapies, ozone bath and other types of herbal and bicarbonate baths, foot SPA with negative ions and lnfrared sauna, 3 essential therapies for removing and cleansing the body of toxins, mainly for opening and increasing the filtration capacity of the most important organ - the skin. If we aim aesthetic benefits we can use various natural products for peeling and scrub, to  remove dead cells from the skin surface and create a beneficial cleansing for oxygenation of new cells that are born inside.

In the clinic there are several types of therapies: those performed with MedMatrix,a medical devices created which has a triple-way action: vacuum to extract toxins from the skin surface, changing cell membrane polarity and magnetic bio resonance to reverse the electromagnetic signal related to cellular waste. In this context, it is essential to consult and establish an individualized protocol. In addition, the patient will receive a treatment with natural algae (spirulina, chlorella, kale), used as super foods for a faster alkalization of the body. The same quality water will be a serious approach in the detoxification process, the degree of alkalinity and its structure being essential.

To the anatomical perspective, water is divided into 3 sectors: vascular, interstitial and cellular.

Water is a very good thermal regulator which regulates the difference in hydration between different sectors because it has a high diffusibility through biological membranes. It is easily recovered or eliminated by the kidneys and can quickly restore the body's water capital.

The water supply for a healthy individual is ensured by ingesting the water itself, by the water contained in the food, and also by the water coming from the chemical reactions of degradation of the food principles, respectively the metabolic water. This water is formed during the oxidation reactions of food principles. It comes from the combination of hydrogen provided by food principles, with oxygen taken from the blood in the atmosphere, to the lungs and transported to the cell. Alkaline food consisting mainly of seasonal greens, can add value in the detoxification process.

Whether we have a daily intake of seasonal green vegetables in salads, or we ingest them in various combinations in fresh juices, recalibrating the microbiota, we increase immunity once again because the intestine represents the "sap of life".

2. Cleansing the body of pathogens: viruses, bacteria, fungi, parasites aims to alkalize, helping the body to regain its vigor, supporting the development of saprophytic intestinal flora and normal functioning of the digestive tract.

Microorganisms are not static entities, they have a permanent flow. Essential oils are antiparasitic, they have an antibiotic role, so that the "cellular respiration" of the intestine is better. In the clinic, the frequency therapies are potentiating the effect of biochemical nutrient therapies with cleansing use in such a way that the beneficial effect becomes faster. If we aim a cleaning of pathogens at home, we will introduce garlic, standardized extract of propolis, horseradish, ginger, oregano, cloves, wormwood, thyme in our diet. Frequency and magnetic bio resonance therapies can be performed in the clinic to restore the level of balance of microorganisms and the level of alkalinity much faster so that all internal processes are beneficial to our health.

3. General drainage involves opening and stimulating the following filter organs: lungs, large intestine, liver, skin, kidneys and lymphatic system. It represents the "dustman” of our body, which collects, along with the aforementioned filter organs, the metabolic wastes stored in the body, which will be eliminated by specific therapies, helping the physical body gaining its strength.

Manual lymphatic drainage is a manual technique which “forces” the body to focus its attention to an engagement in a process of directed elimination of stored toxins; Regarding other drainage techniques, we also use successfully Chi Machine and the vibroacoustic bed, into integrative and personalized therapies.

At the end of these 3 stages, our body becomes the fertile ground for the next phases of recalibration and optimization of the immune system within the 4D model.
