We encounter pain almost every day. Conventional medicine defines pain as an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience that is linked to actual or potential tissue damage.
Pain has a very important warning function and it´s purpose is to protect the body from harmful or dangerous influences. A distinction is drawn between acute and chronic pain. Pain is a subjective sensation, that can be experienced very differently by each individual. It does not necessarily have physical causes. Chronic pain, for instance, is a separate condition and has lost it´s warning function.
Emotional distress can also lead to physical pain (psychosomatic pain). Mental health plays an important role in the individual perception of pain: grief or depression can increase susceptibility to pain, while positive feelings can reduce it.
VEGETMED - is a frequency generator with integrated Tesla coil technology that enables the treatment of both acute and chronic pain.
This form of pain treatment is called TENS = transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation. The flow of electricity, generated by VEGETMED which flows through adhesive electrodes attached to the body, stimulates tissue and blocks the transmission of the pain impulse.
The treatment is initiated by choosing one of the default therapy programmes stored on the device with a pre-set time, frequency and intensity.

The programmes can be selected irrespective of indication, to suit the type of pain. Included in scope of delivery of VEGETMED are adhesive electrodes, water-sponge electrodes and a suitable cable set. You can start the pain treatment immediately and uncomplicatedely.

The device is compatible with 150 cards with specific treatments - prices between 123 lei - 445 lei (depending on the type of pain and intensity of treatment) and additional accessories (sponge electrodes, TENS gel electrodes, cables, etc.) - prices between 25 - 75 of lei.
