What is Genos Immune Plus?

Genos Immune Plus is an innovative supplement created to support and stimulate the production of natural killer (NK) cells, a specialized type of lymphocytes essential for the body's immune defense. NK cells are recognized for their ability to quickly identify and destroy virus-infected cells and cancer cells without requiring prior exposure to the pathogen. This "natural killing" allows the body to react promptly against threats, ensuring effective protection in the initial phases of an infection or tumor development. Unlike other immune cells that need a period of adaptation, NK cells are ready to promptly eliminate harmful cells, playing a vital role in the body's immediate immune response. Through Genos Immune Plus, the body benefits from a natural boost in maintaining immunological vigilance and protection at the cellular level.

GENOS IMMUNE PLUS is the first epigenetic application that helps to modulate the immune system in a targeted way, quickly and without side effects. The signal transduction molecule RM31, contained in the patented GENOS process, and its role in immune modulation represents an important innovation in the context of the regulation of CD4 and CD8 cells, as well as NK (natural killer) cells. Signal transduction molecules are crucial for the transmission of signals within cells and allow them to react to different stimuli.

RM31 is a key multifunctional molecule and a natural organic substance that occurs in all cells of the body and plays an essential role in signal transduction and immune response, along with many other positive autocatalytic epigenetic effects. This is due to the signaling cascade by phosphorylation triggered by RM31.

The benefits of Genos Immune Plus

Immunity improvement:

Genos Immune Plus stimulates the activity of NK cells, thus contributing to a faster and more effective immune response against various types of infections and uncontrolled cell proliferation. This is especially useful for those who have a weakened immune system or are frequently exposed to pathogens.

Protection against viral infections and tumors:

NK cells play a crucial role in destroying compromised cells through cytotoxic mechanisms. Genos Immune Plus activates and supports these mechanisms, offering preventive protection against the development of infections and tumors.

Regulation of the immune response:

Genos Immune Plus can help balance the activity of NK cells, preventing excessive inflammatory reactions and providing support in the case of autoimmune diseases.

When are Genos Immune Plus infusions/injections recommended?

Genos Immune Plus is especially recommended for people who:

They have a compromised immune system due to chronic infections, autoimmune diseases, or immunosuppressive treatments such as chemotherapy.
They need additional immune support during recovery after surgery or severe illness.
They are exposed to an increased risk of recurrent infections, especially viral infections such as those caused by herpes simplex, Epstein-Barr and cytomegalovirus.

Indications for infusions / injections with Genos Immune Plus

These infusions are recommended under the guidance of a specialist and can be used in the following situations:

Prevention and control of recurrent viral infections, contributing to reducing the frequency and severity of infectious episodes.
Immune support in cancer cases, by activating NK cells, which contributes to immune surveillance and reducing the risk of relapse.
Reducing the risk of infectious complications in people with chronic diseases or a weakened immune system.

Contraindications for infusions / injections with Genos Immune Plus

Known allergies to any of the active ingredients in Genos Immune Plus.
Patients with active or severe autoimmune diseases should consult a specialist before administration, because stimulation of the immune system can aggravate autoimmune reactions.
Pregnant or lactating women should seek medical advice before administration.

Research and Application Results

The in vitro research and the results of the in vivo applications of GENOS IMMUNE PLUS® show that the signal transduction molecule RM31 leads to an improved immune modulation of CD4/CD8 cells and NK cells. This effect is most likely due to the functional epigenetic regulation of S1P receptors through phosphorylation.

CD4/CD8 T cells:

CD4 T cells are helper cells that activate other immune cells, while CD8 T cells are cytotoxic cells that destroy infected or cancerous cells. An improved modulation of these cells leads to a stronger immune response.

NK cells:

Natural killer cells play an important role in innate immunity by recognizing and eliminating infected and tumor cells. The increased activity of NK cells is essential for fighting infections and tumors.

S1P receptors:

Sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) is a lipid that functions as a signaling molecule in various biological processes, including the immune response. S1P receptors are important for the migration and survival of immune cells. An epigenetic regulation of the function of these receptors can influence the response of immune cells to signaling.

Phosphorylation:

Phosphorylation induced by the natural endogenous molecule RM31 can specifically and reliably influence the activity of S1P receptors and other proteins, leading to a modified genetic expression and, thus, to an improved immune modulation. Phosphorylation is a key factor in numerous biochemical and enzymatic stages of cell regulation, because it influences the activation of receptors and signaling pathways, which changes the function of immune cells.

Recommended use:

Each box of GENOS IMMUNE PLUS® contains 12 ampoules of 7.0 ml for RM31.

It is recommended to administer 7.0 ml i.v. 2-3 times a week, with an interval of 2 days between applications, without dilution, directly into a vein.

Administration i.v. 300 µg of selenium 10 minutes before can have a positive effect on immune modulation.
