Research and Application Results

The in vitro research and the results of the in vivo applications of GENOS IMMUNE PLUS® show that the signal transduction molecule RM31 leads to an improved immune modulation of CD4/CD8 cells and NK cells. This effect is most likely due to the functional epigenetic regulation of S1P receptors through phosphorylation.

CD4/CD8 T cells:


CD4 T cells are helper cells that activate other immune cells, while CD8 T cells are cytotoxic cells that destroy infected or cancerous cells. An improved modulation of these cells leads to a stronger immune response.

NK cells:


Natural killer cells play an important role in innate immunity by recognizing and eliminating infected and tumor cells. The increased activity of NK cells is essential for fighting infections and tumors.

S1P receptors:


Sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) is a lipid that functions as a signaling molecule in various biological processes, including the immune response. Phosphorylation:


Phosphorylation induced by the natural endogenous molecule RM31 can specifically and reliably influence the activity of S1P receptors and other proteins, leading to a modified genetic expression and, thus, to an improved immune modulation. Phosphorylation is a key factor in numerous biochemical and enzymatic stages of cell regulation, because it influences the activation of receptors and signaling pathways, which changes the function of immune cells.

Recommended use:

Each box of GENOS IMMUNE PLUS® contains 12 ampoules of 7.0 ml for RM31.

It is recommended to administer 7.0 ml i.v. 2-3 times a week, with an interval of 2 days between applications, without dilution, directly into a vein.

Administration i.v. 300 µg of selenium 10 minutes before can have a positive effect on immune modulation.
